Canine Good Citizen Class
Class runs for 8 weeks with the CGC evaluation (optional) being given the 8th week. Cost is $120. Registration form and full payment are required to secure space in class. Class size is limited to 8 dogs. Prerequisite for this class is a Canine Companion Level 1 or equivalent.
If you take your dog to different places, travel with your dog, and/or frequently expose your dog to new situations and people, this class is for you! This is also a great refresher course for dogs who have already been through classes!
The Canine Good Citizen program was developed and is sponsored by the American Kennel Club for all dogs (both mixed and pure bred dogs) and is a benchmark of responsible ownership and good dog behavior. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. This class will help you prepare for passing the CGC test.
