Educational Seminars:

• June 2009, Sarah Kalnajs:  2 day seminar on dog behavior, aggression in puppies, and behavioral case studies and solutions

• May 2008, Pat Miller:  2 day seminar on reading body language in dogs, behavioral case studies and solutions

• March 2007, Clicker Expo:  Kris spent 3 days with some of the top clicker trainers in the country.  Instructors included Karen Pryor, Kathy Sdao, Emma Parsons, Steve White, Ken Ramirez, and Morgan Spector.  All aspects of clicker training were covered.  Her only regret was not having a camera!  "This, by far, was the best seminar I have ever attended!"

• January 2007 Sue Alisby:  3 day clicker workshop

• March 2006, Emma Parsons "Click to Calm:  Healing the Aggressive Dog":  This was a whole weekend spent on dealing with aggressive dogs through positive training.

• July 2004, Deb Jones - Clicker Workshop:  a hands on weekend regarding clicker training.  Lots of ideas to bring into a class setting!

• March 2004, Coaching People to Train Their Dogs - hosted by Terry Ryan:  a full weekend to improving teaching to both ends off the leash.

• May 1996, Lynnwoods Kennel - 600 hour course in Civilian and Police Dog training:  this is the heart of Kris's training.  This was 12 weeks of hands-on training and classroom lecture combined!  Kris relates back to her experiences as a police dog trainer and handler instructor still in today's classes.

• March 1996, John Fisher - Aggressive and other related behaviors: a seminar completely on dog behavior

• May 1995, National K-9 Learning Center:  developing and teaching puppy pre-school
